Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mouse over a link to make status bar appear.
2. Windows frame reflection moved to lower.
3. Mouse leave the link to make status bar hide.
4. Windows frame reflection moved back.
Actual Results:  
Windows frame reflection moved.

Expected Results:  
Windows frame reflection should not move.
