When you go to that URL with the Java plugin enabled, you should be prompted to run the Java application. When you give it permission and it completes, it should list the Java version below "Java version you are running:". If you scroll the page at all, the Java portion of the page does not render correctly, but instead shows a portion of the page that you scrolled to. I haven't checked if disabling hardware acceleration fixes this yet, nor have I checked for a more up to date Java plugin. So, just tried without hardware acceleration, and it renders correctly. Should this be moved to a gfx-related component or stay here?
And rendering still is bad with Java 6 U24 and Hardware Acceleration on.
Works fine for me. The page rendered correctly even with hardware acceleration on/off
Closing old bugs in the Plugins component. We aren't going to track issues in 3rd-party plugins in the Mozilla bug tracker. In addition, support for NPAPI plugins will be removed at the end of this year; for more details see the post at https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/10/08/npapi-plugins-in-firefox/ If there is a serious bug in Firefox, it needs to be filed in the "Core" product, "Plug-Ins" component.
