Working on related bug #56911. So will try to fix this also.
The problem here is how to implement nsNntpService::CopyMessages

This bug should be fixed as a result of fixing #56911. No need to implement nsNntpservice::CopyMessages.

verified win98,mac,linux-2001013108. according to the test spec-news message can only be copied but not moved. There is another bug which describes that the menu item move should be disabled when news messages are selected. I have verified that copying or when selecting move multiple or single news messages still copies to pop folders work fine.
