647511 - Clear recent history sometimes doesn't work.

Sometimes clear recent history by time limit does not work. The last occasion I tried one, two, four hour & today, consecutively but all of no avail. At last only the clear everything option did the work. Experienced this in the previous versions also.

Reproducible: Sometimes



Expected Results:  
I experienced the failure of this feature before so every time I cleared history, I had to check history.

Did you use any external cleaning software like ccleaner or similar to clear history?

Hi Marco,

Unfortunately, I didn't try safe mode. And no external software was used. Just the in-built tool within the browser. I experienced with this problem a few times over the previous versions yet still met it in 4.0.

Well, you should try in safe mode if possible, so we can exclude add-ons from being culprit of the prolem.
