According to Firefox help documentation there are in particular two hotkeys: Ctrl+PgUp and Ctrl+PgDn, which mean to cycle tabs right and left accordingly disregarding what order is chosen for switching tabs with Ctrl+Tab.
Despite all my efforts these hotkeys just stop working at some moment and I can't figure out what actions I must do to make them work again. I must admit that restarting FF in Safe Mode does not always fixes this issue.

As an additional info, I actually do not use this shortcuts directly but bind them to specific mouse buttons using SetPoint 6.0 software from Logitech. However, when they stop work, they don't work either from keyboard too.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sorry to say, but I can't figure out exact steps to reproduce it. Currently they don't work as I write this and I cannot reproduce a problem before I get rid of it.
