User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 When one opens a new Window on a data URL of type image/svg+xml, and the data contains SVG attributes which use the http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink namespace (like xlink:href), the display is not correct. The SVG is displayed as if the xlink:href attributes were missing, though they are present. If one "save as..." the resulting window as a SVG file, and then reopens this SVG file, the display is correct. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the attached html sample file (DataUrlSvg.html) 2.Click the export button to export the SVG image to a new window Actual Results: The gradient in the exported window is not displayed Expected Results: The SVG in the source window and the export window ought to be render in a similar way The problem can be reproduced on windows 7 and linux. I have tested with Opera 11 and Chromium but it works with these browsers. The problem seems to be specific to FF.
