Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hold down the left mouse button on a bookmark or bookmark folder, and move it to the top of the list Alternate 1. Open the "show all bookmarks" menu, and move a bookmark to the "Bookmark Menu" and it the appears at the top (As shown in the picture http://www.riiich.se/firefoxerror.jpg) Actual Results: I can't get the bookmarks back to they're original position Expected Results: I thought I should be able to move the bookmarks stuck at the top but I can't
I do realize that this is a duplicate to one other one, I just wanted to make you aware that i could not move my bookmarks back to they're original position.
Your bookmarks menu is messed up, and that appears caused by an add-on, try to disable your add-ons and re-enable one by one till you figure out the culprit.
My Add-ons are: Ad-Block Plus, Firebug, Java Quick Starter, Microsoft NET framework assistant and Page Speed. None of them edit firefox itself
Page speed and java quick starter are the only ones I never used, the others should be fine, maybe try disabling those 2 and check? did you ever add rules to userchrome.css or through a user script? I'll try to reproduce when I have a windows machine at hand.
