Same story as aurora.

Release mozconfig should have --enable-update-channel=beta
Depends on: 648291
Some of this has already been done. The configs are in, the tinderbox/tbpl/self-serve/graphserver envs are set up.

I'll take this bug to keep track of any additional changes specific to this branch from now on.
