Chrome produces fine Preview/PDF for this same page? Reproducible: Always

DOM inspector shows that this is inside a <fieldset> --> duplicate of bug 471015

I know this sucks... but in the meantime, if you like, you can work around this bug with "print selection". To do that, you'd select all the text *inside* the border of the fieldset (from "Directions" to the text right above 'Submit'), and then do File|Print, and then make sure to toggle "Selection" or "Print Selection" in the print dialog. (I forget where it is in the Mac print dialog) That works for me (under Linux).
