User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
In some scenarios, the titlebar of a Firefox 4 window becomes completely messed up. See screenshot.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect two monitors with different resolutions.
2. Maximize Firefox on one of them.
3. Press Win+Shift+Left/Right to move Firefox between windows.
Actual Results:
See screenshot. Window buttons like Minimize/Restore/Close overlap with actual browser controls.
Expected Results:
The titlebar should be laid out correctly.
I believe this happens whenever the pretty old bugs 318514 / bug 343081 get triggered, and possibly the ancient bug 62395 is the same issue too.
Argh, Reproducible != Always using these steps. Now that I'm looking carefully at this, I can't seem to get the width problem to occur at all, even though usually it seems to occur whenever I use Win+Shift+Left/Right or drag the titlebar with the mouse to the other screen.
I'll post better steps if I can track them down.

Any luck?
Version: unspecified → 4.0 Branch
Unfortunately, no. It has occurred many times since this report. It is always Win+Left/Right that triggers it. But if I just restart Firefox and do the same thing, the problem doesn't occur.
What seems to happen is that usually the window moves to the other screen, initially looking like the broken screenshot. But only a split second later it adjusts and repaints, and everything is fine. Except on those times when this second step doesn't happen.
This two-step process is visible in this screencast I made: http://screencast.com/t/iKYfkoBdWxuS - in which I keep pressing Win+Left, Win+Right, Win+Left, etc.
On my screen it's actually visible every single time I move the window, but it lasts perhaps 50-100ms so it doesn't show up every time in the screencast. If you slowly scroll through the timeline around 0:08, 0:13 or 0:17 you can get a glimpse of Firefox looking exactly like in the broken screenshots I posted earlier.
Hasn't happened since upgrading to Fx5+. I'll reopen or file a new one if it happens again.
