Ok, our 2.1b3 release was flawed and we needed to do a new build and update existing bouncer entries to the new ftp location (similar to as was done in https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases/Firefox_3.0.19/BuildNotes#Push_to_mirrors_.28again.29 )

Bouncer monitors locale `tr` which will not be in the b3 release, I'll fake the info for this so bouncer finds it, like was done for b2.

I'm not sure how long it takes bouncer to round-robin this stuff, but presuming its near instant we can also add 2.1b3/ to the exclusions list.

If it takes an hour or more to update fully, I'll be happy to file a bug tomorrow on it instead.

Entries are now changed. Sentry checks the mirrors every 5 minutes, so shortly the uptake will drop right away to whatever mirrors have synced 2.1b3-real.

They seem to be all working, except for 
 http://download.mozilla.org/?product=seamonkey-2.1b3&os=osx&lang=en-US
And that will be because the empty file has a malformed name:
 http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/2.1b3-real/mac/tr/
Fix up the spaces and you'll be set.

I've added seamonkey/releases/2.1b3/ to the exclusion lists for the rsync modules, so it'll disappear from the mirrors.
