I've remove and re install "https everywhere"
but, before I tryied in 32 and 64 bits... 

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
cannot manage my extensions

and

when I go on google I've a 302 error,
also, many pages such as bit.ly, tumblr and others do not show anything... 
cannot upload too...

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

I've found a way to fix it by dropping from extensions folders some of already installed extensions

the results was to lose no dropped extensions (such as speed dial), keeping some of them (such a divx player, wich are an extension and a application) and losing all my openned tabs and groups of tabs

I don't know how to do this bug again...

Considering comment3, I have changed the resolution to resolved works for me on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:5.0a2) Gecko/20110418 Firefox/5.0a2
