Attachment: image preview

If a user attaches an image to an answer, the image preview displays after the answer has been submitted to the question.

1) log in, select any question
2) browse for image, attach to answer
3) add content, post reply

expected: image is posted, preview disappears
actual: image is posted, preview continues to display
* however, image is not posted a second time if another answer is posted

Sounds like cache isn't invalidating correctly.

I've tested it and I don't see the image preview after post reply
