Details
I've just purchase the new HTC Desire S (With Android 2.3.3). Unfortunately, Each time you try to load an external URL with Firefox Mobile, the tab just crash.
Here's my User-Agent string : Mozilla/5.0 (Android;Linux armv7l;rv:2.1) Gecko/20110318 Firefox/4.0b13pre Fennec/4.0
Step to reproduce :
- Take an HTC Desire S
- Install Firefox Mobile through the Android Market
- Launch Firefox
- Tape any URL in the address barre
- Tape the "enter key"
Actual result : The tab crash
Expected result : The tab load the URL

I made some tests with the latest Fennec Nightly build and it seems ok.
Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv7l; rv:2.2a1pre) Gecko/20110412 Firefox/4.2a1pre Fennec/4.1a1pre
Maybe a quick fixe release could be welcomed :)

do you have crash reports for these crashes? They're listed in about:crashes

Yes, many ;)
But when I'm on the about:crashes page and if I try to tap (click) on one of the crash report number... it craches again :-/

Tell me if you need more, I love to make firefox crash (^_^)
(BTW I can't give you the older crash reports due to multiple uninstall/reinstall attempt)
