Why it is not possible to create subfolders in the "inbox"? In all other folders
this is possibble (e.g. "draft", ...).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Right click on folder inbox - there is no possibiity to create subfolders, only
a general new folder can be created. Right click on any other folder (e.g.
"draft"), it is possible to create subfolders in this selected folder

Expected Results:  It should be possible to create subfolders in the "inbox"-folder.

Using Netscape 4.7x it is possible to create subfolders in the "inbox".
Using such a mail-account-profile in Mozilla is working and it is also possible
to create subfolders manually (create directories like netscape 4.7x), but there
is no possibility to do this in a normal user way.

Cannot tell if this is a localization problem or not.
Can you create a subfolder within Inbox using an English
build? If not, this bug should go to the core mail team.
