Both green and blue are used to identify different levels of a secure connection. Are you sure the colors are not equivalent to desktop? bugzilla.mozilla.org looks blue on both desktop and mobile addons.mozilla.org looks green on both desktop and mobile closing bug

I was away from the desktop this morning so couldn't confirm the colours. That said, should we not attempt to match the colour schemes?
I believe the same colors are used. However, the use of gradients changes the appearance. Also, 32bit vs 16bit screens may also affect the color.
The blues on my HTC Incredible and my Windows 7 are most certainly different. Even if we don't go for a gradient, we should attempt to match the more pastel colours of the desktop.
