Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Browse to http://www.browserscope.org
3. Tap on "How Does Your Browser Compare?" > "Go to the Security Test"
4. Pan Right/Left the webpage
5. Zoom in/out (pinch to zoom/double tap)

Expected result:
You are able to zoom/pan the page normally.

Actual result:
The webpage is "frozen". Zoom/pan gestures are not able to be performed.

In the error section after trying to pan, checking the error console we get:
Error: this._dragger is null
