In an editable environment, when moving a collapsed selection inside an empty element, the cursor starts blinking in a position bellow the text.

I'll be attaching a TC page that can be used to easily check the problem.

This is not an issue with FF 3.6. It has been confirmed with FF4 only.

This impact on CKEditor, when the user applied styles, like bold, to a collapsed selection in the text.

Yes! I can confirm the fix with Aurora 5.0a2 (2011-05-03).
