Details

<A Href="http:/~dlg/test.html">http:/~dlg/test.html</A> used to link to
http://where.com/~dlg/test.html but now returns an error... Seems to parse
the http:/directory/file Thing wrong.

Instead it parses it as http://~dlg/test.html

Check it out at the afformentioned URL if you want to see it. I discovered this
while maintaining my application at http://haileris.com/cgi-bin/dict which has
existed using the http:/cgi-bin/dict? as url's for about...6 years...
As you know http:/ is invalid that should be http://
Time for a change after 6 years??
