The stylesheet for wiki.mozilla.org doesn't make <code> look very distinctive on Linux; apparently Linux is getting a sans font for that. Could we change the stylesheet to select Courier or something similar? (Not specifically asking for that font, just something more typewriter-ish.)

Not sure if this is still an issue. I'm using linux and things look okay for me.
However, due to limited resources, we're not addressing non-critical issues on deprecated themes.
If this is still an issue for you, I suggest modifying your userstyle[1] so that the text displays in something more readable. If you need help doing this, ask in #wiki.
