After the loading has been stopped View Page Source starts a new requests in order to fetch the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open url
2. press ESC or click "stop loading" button after 2 seconds of loading
3. Page View Source (ctrl-u)
4. switch in to offline mode
5. Page View Source

Actual Results:  
3. FF requests the page from the server
5. Offline mode
   Firefox is currently in offline mode and can't browse the Web.
   · Uncheck the "Work Offline" menu item, then try again.


Expected Results:  
3./5. Display the source data FF has received until loading has stopped (i.e. the data given in "Response Body" when using the web console).

No regression, 3.5 works in the same way.
