This lives in http://hg.mozilla.org/users/lsblakk_mozilla.com/trychooser which is where I commit changes occasionally and update the site.  So we could also check that code into a releng repo for future maintenance as well as hosting it as a build tool on b.m.o

It should probably be in build/tools, and should be hosted on http://build.mozilla.org, and should be listed on the releng Applications list on the wiki, and should be set up so that anyone can update it

The image is already on build.mozilla.org, so if you just point to that, it should be adequate.  Keep the favicon around.  Other than that, r+.  Sorry for the delay - I thought I had reviewed this!

when this is set up, can adjust for the path to the background image, and copy the favicon to the right place too.
