<mbrubeck> I think we need a good set of new Talos numbers on 7299264c5204, dfcfa00eb188, and b2ce3817d034 - however many runs are required to establish a new baseline.
Also need to kick buildapi, because it's timing out after we lots of jobs were rebuilt by a mammoth clicking session.

buildapi is restarted, should deal to the nagios complaints about
dm-wwwbuild01:http_age - builds-running
dm-wwwbuild01:http_age - builds-pending
too.

One set scheduled for all three revisions, except windows on b2ce.. where the original compile failed.

Another second set of runs is scheduled for those three revisions, except windows for dfcfa00eb188 due to pending builds.

Got the windows builds, and another complete set. With the rebuilds that mbrubeck triggered we should have enough now.
