The given page has some unicode text (in Bengali). Firefox hangs when while trying to load the page

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL http://anandabazar-unicode.appspot.com/proxy

Actual Results:  
Firefox hangs

Expected Results:  
It should not hang

Does the hang occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode?

When it hangs, is it just the rendering of that specific page that stops, or does the whole browser get unusable?

Might be an OS specific issue.
This occurs when Firefox is in safe mode and when it is using a new profile. When it hangs, the whole browser becomes unresponsive, no new tabs can be opened.

The page has moved to http://my.anandabazar.com. So, the page 
http://anandabazar-unicode.appspot.com/proxy is working fine now and http://my.anandabazar.com makes firefox crash.

Can you perform a clean install of Fx?
