Focused buttons in chrome should have native pulse glow effect on Windows 7.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Win+R to open typical Windows 7 dialog window. Notice how "OK" button is pulsating with blue.
2. Now open browser "Options" window.
Actual Results:
"OK" button is highlighted with blue outline, but has no pulse effect.
Expected Results:
"OK" button should pulsate with blue in focused state.

Making this bug UNCONFIRMED again since bug 646713 seems to be Add-ons Manager only.

I can reproduce this bug Win7 Aero theme, so marking from UNCONFIRMED to NEW.
This bug is not a duplicate of bug 646713 because bug 646713 talks about hover color and not pulsating color you get when you have focus.
