It should be the same size as everything else in Windows. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load Firefox 2. Examine border against a normal explorer window 3. Actual Results: The border is 1 px too thick. Expected Results: It should be 1 px smaller so it actually fits with the OS.
