The border for Firefox 4 is 1 pixel too thick.  It should be the same size as everything else in Windows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Firefox
2. Examine border against a normal explorer window
3.

Actual Results:  
The border is 1 px too thick.

Expected Results:  
It should be 1 px smaller so it actually fits with the OS.
