this could be that the user enters a bug number and the testcase or result will display the summary from the bug and perhaps a couple field values like irc does on the QA channel. possibly also give a link to create a new bug. This link could auto-populate some fields specific to the product, or even the test case. Not sure how fancy we can get here.
