Setting opacity to 1 after having been between 0-1 causes background flashes on TR and TD elements.

It seems that the background is only rendered behind the text for a short period after setting opacity to 1.

This was originally reported as a jQuery bug here:

http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/9222

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the fiddle link
2. Watch it bug out

Actual Results:
The background color disappears from part of the table cell after its opacity has been set to 1

Expected Results:
The background color doesn't disappear.
