In Outlook Web Access, replying or forwarding an e-mail results in the text cursor being positioned at the bottom of the message instead of at the top. Since top posting is the norm with Microsoft e-mail systems, this is annoying to users. The 'correct' behavior occurs in Firefox 3.6, Safari, and IE9.
Outlook is RIP. The new mail service from Microsoft is https://mail.live.com/ If there is a bug with ESR and mail.live.com, please open a new bug in the Desktop Component. Thanks.
