Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to any about: page
2. Browse to another about: page
3. Tap on system Back button
4. Slide right for tab panel
5. Check if thumbnail is refreshed

Expected result:
Thumbnail is up to date and it's displaying the page opened at step 2.

Actual result:
After step 5, thumbnail for this tab is still that of the previous page (opened at step 1).

I can't reproduce this bug in 4.0.1, Aurora, or Nightly.

Note:
This issue is easier to be noticed if you slide right for tab panel just only after step 3.
