Details
If the find toolbar is opened from a previous search in other tab, and then switch to the addon-manager, there's no way to hide it other than with the mouse. Expected behavior: The toolbar being hidden automatically or being able to hide it with the keyboard as in all the other pages.

We disable the keybinding so the Cmd/Ctrl+F shortcut will not work. If we hide the find bar we should probably unhide it again when switching back to another tab. Hm, lets request feedback from UX.

Shouldn't be a problem once bug 628179 is fixed.

Bug 628179 has been brought up a lot of discussion and the patch has been backed-out since then. Not sure if there will be a solution soon.

Yea, but AFAIK it is highly wanted by UX. Fixing the specific edge case here will be more trouble than its worth, IMO.

Correct, navigation should hide the find bar, it should be tab-specific, not global. Not worth special-casing this one.
