bug 657631 showed that the code coverage build setup is kind of nuts. It's a bunch of custom buildbot steps, which makes it a huge pain to hack on. We should change it to just run a single shell script that contains all the actual steps so we could hack it more easily.

We want to disable code coverage builds as they're broken and there's no owner for them.
Any objections?
