Mail list focused on pt_BR l10n Mozilla projects

Longer, more detailed description of the list's purpose:

That list will be used as main contact for all people involved in translation/localization for pt_BR.

Many people are interested to join the l10n and help mozilla projects to be more pt_BR friendly .

With a mail list with exclusive focus on that issue will be more easy to recruit new contributors and keep more people involved.

I tried a test post to mozilla.dev.l10n.pt-br via NNTP, and got this message:
"Você não tem permissão de postar para esta lista de discussão e sua
mensagem foi rejeitada automaticamente. Caso ache que sua mensagem
esteja sendo rejeitada em erro, contate o dono da lista de discussão
em [e-mail]."

Through Google translator:
"You do not have permission to post to this thread and its
message was automatically rejected. If you think your message
is being rejected in error, please contact the owner of the thread
in [e-mail]. "

para postar na lista vc precisa se inscrever nela pelo link https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-l10n-pt-br

English:  You have to subscribe to the list first to be able to send emails and read the discussions.

I also tried to post via <http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.dev.l10n.pt-br>, and after getting the appropriate "New topic submitted to moderators of mozilla.dev.l10n.pt-br for review. Your post will appear in this group after it is approved by moderators. " message, I got a bounce message:

Rodrigo, I get the impression you don't understand that each Mozilla forum consists of a mailing list, newsgroup, and Google Group that all mirror each other.

For instance, if you go to <http://www.mozilla.org/about/forums/>, you will see 3 links for each forum: "News", "Email", and "Web".

If a person chooses to read/post via News (news.mozilla.org) or Web Google Groups), their messages are supposed to be held for moderator approval. That's the setup outlined in <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Discussion_Forums/Proposal>.

I got it. That's a default mail list config. I will update it based on the Dave's suggestion.

But, if you are interested to participate, the best way is to subscribe to the list :-)

I've sent test messages from news.mozilla.org and the google group, and received a "Sua mensagem para a lista dev-l10n-pt-br aguarda aprovação" message for each.
So far, so good on that front.
Rodrigo, when you go to https://lists.mozilla.org/admindb/dev-l10n-pt-br to view messages pending approval, there is an option such as:
"Add [e-mail] to one of these sender filters" (but in Portuguese)
You can set that to "Aceitar" to automatically accept messages from that poster.

Another issue:
Even though there are 13 messages in mozilla.dev.l10n.pt-br, including some posted today, none are listed at <http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.dev.l10n.pt-br>.

That list was created recently and we are receiving a lot of spams.

I've set the list to keep the non-member's messages to wait by moderators approval. It will spend a lot of our time based on the crescent quantity of spammers, but since it's the default and best way, we will do our best to keep it as requested.

About the list archives. The mozilla's mailman default archives config is to not save history of messages.Only today morning I've noted that and changed the config to save all messages and process the archive_volume_frequency daily.

All issues was applied to our 3 new mails lists. I will work on it frequently to improve our communication channels.

I sent several messages to Google to investigate but I never received a reply from them.
Please monitor if further messages will appear and we can conclude that it's been fixed on their end.
