It appears to happen mainly when I click on a URL in an email in Outlook 2000. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: Click on an email URL in Outlook 2000. Actual Results: Two windows - one blank, one with the site. Expected Results: One window.
Isn't that a duplicate of bug 65795?
Ups, I was thinking about bug 59078, not 65795.
