658007 - sqlite files size should be understood correctly by Android OS

Clearing Fennec "data" doesn't have almost no result as you can see in the following use cases:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App (clean profile)
2. Check Fennec size (App Data & App Cache) from OS Settings (or use any 3rd party app)
3. Do some browsing
4. Repeat step 2
5. From Preferences tap on Clear button
6. Repeat step 2


Case 1 - app on phone memory:

As you can noticed after step 4, the Fennec size, exactly Fennec Data size grows (Screenshot 2). After step 6, app size (Fennec Data) is the same as it was after step 4/it will be even a little bit bigger. Clear button does only clear the history list from History Tab.
If Clear Data is tapped (from Settings > Applications > Manage app), the whole active profile is deleted. Performing step 1 again means creating a new profile. Clear Cache button is grayed out (same path as above).


Case 2 - app to SD Card:

After both steps 4 & 6, Fennec size is about 272 KB  and Fennec data about 136-140 KB (as you can see on Screenshot 3). Performing step 5, will have the same result as for Case 1.
The most noticeable difference is that tapping on Clear Data, there will be no result for Fennec. Opening it again will work as before. Clear Cache button is still grayed out.

- Do not connect to Sync for this bug.
