User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1

The Acrobat add-on does not respect the "Always Ask" setting under Tools->Options->Applications->Filetype: PDF. When set to Always Ask, pdf files will be opened using plugin and not prompt user for action.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools->Options->Applications tab
2. Set Adobe Acrobat Document filetype to Always Ask
3. Click on a pdf link on any website

Actual Results:
PDFs always open within Firefox using Acrobat plugin

Expected Results:
User should be prompted to use either Adobe Application or Firefox plugin to view pdf file. (It's never worked, so I'm honestly not sure, but I think that's what the expected result should be.)

Plugin setting respects choices of "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)" or "Use Adobe Acrobat (default)." In other words, you can choose one or the other and it will either open in an Acrobat window or it will open within Firefox. Both of these settings are respected. However, when using the Always Ask option so that you may choose on an individual basis results in Firefox opening up the pdf using the addon every time.

Troubleshooting steps included changing settings and closing out of Firefox entirely (including verifying process closed) between each setting change. Also deleted mimetypes.rdf file from Firefox profile folder. Disabling addon respects settings within Adobe Acrobat application (Edit->Preferences->Internet->Display PDF in browser.)
