Bug 308590 involved fixing up lots of QI-to-nsIURL-before-calling-GetRef/SetRef snippets (since with that bug, now nsIURI supports GetRef/SetRef. I took a crack at the pieces of code in nsXULContentUtils::MakeElementURI & nsXULContentUtils::MakeElementURI, but bz says we need to do something else there (bug 308590 comment 66). So, filing this followup bug on that. For reference, my attempted fix to those was part of attachment 534012 [details] [diff] [review].
