We're seeing feedback around Firefox crashing when using Google docs.

This bug is being filed as part of an effort to get top feedback from input into bugzilla.

Matti: We don't have it.  We decided in the beta meeting to file bugs to make sure things get looked at and followed up on even though we can't/don't get a lot of information during the first pass.

Adding feedback items from input to tracking so we can make sure that they don't get missed.

I prevented the crash on Google Docs startup by canceling page loading after the part I needed was loaded.  I'm on Windows XP.

hard to assess without stacks, and only two examples from http://input.mozilla.com/en-US/?q=google+docs+crash&product=firefox&version=--&date_start=&date_end=&sentiment=sad both by Mac users

perhaps related?  Bug 636220 may cause grief for heavy gdoc users - Google Docs tabs do not free all memory when closed

cww, is there current feedback info that corroborates your earlier information?  (version 5 seems like a decade ago)

Daniel, please reopen if you still see a problem, and please include a crash ID.

We use gdocs here a lot and we don't see crashes.  And I don't see current reports on INPUT. http://input.mozilla.org/en-US/?q=google
