See https://wiki.mozilla.org/BugzillaAutoLanding#BugCommenter for details, using bz_utils write a few functions that listen for messages from the message queue regarding autolanding and post messages to Bugzilla as requested.  This component should keep a log and/or be watchable by Nagios or something so that we have a way of knowing if the bug comments are not getting through.

Our system design changes made this no longer needed.
