Can't close property dialogs(image+link)

Details
using 5/17 build of apprunner on al platforms.
1) launch apprunner and editor from task menu
2) click on image and link property buttons on toolbar
3) dialog comes up
you cannot close the dialogs using Cancel/OK button.
all platforms.

I already explained this in a previous report: There is a JavaScript bug (6005)
that causes dialogs to crash, so I temporarily suppressed closing until that
problem is fixed.
