under File menu "page setup" menuitem is not active.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start the browser.
2.select File menu.
3.Observe the Page setup option.
Actual Results: "Page setup" is disabled.
Expected Results: "Page setup" should be active when browser window contains a
page.
