This report is based on user feedback in mozilla.support.seamonkey.

https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/nightly/latest-comm-miramar/ contains the Linux 64-bit nightly builds in English.

https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/nightly/latest-comm-miramar-l10n/ doesn't contain any localized Linux 64-bit nightly builds.

Have they been omitted on purpose? Or will they be provided later?

In addition: The Mac OS X builds contain both 32-bit and 64-bit binaries but the folder is mislabeled as "macosx64-xpi".
merely builder issues, I'll look into it.
Looks like localized Linux 64-bit nightly builds are now available for both comm-miramar and comm-central.
