66007 - Bugzilla should 'advertise' high priority bugs better

I got this idea while chatting at #mozilla when 'alecf' swore that we should
"advertise blockers better".

My idea is that to advertise high priority bugs better (P1 and/or blocker) we
should display their summary in red color in the buglist when query-ing bugzilla.

Do you think this would be a good idea? I certainly do, it would make more
people notice the bugs and thus warn people about them.

Each developer can choose how to use the priority field (many sort by milestone 
first and then priority), so I don't think it would be appropriate to change 
the summary color based on priority.  On the other hand, changing the color 
based on severity could be useful.

We are currently trying to wrap up Bugzilla 2.16.  We are now close enough to
release time that anything that wasn't already ranked at P1 isn't going to make
the cut.  Thus this is being retargetted at 2.18.  If you strongly disagree with
this retargetting, please comment, however, be aware that we only have about 2
weeks left to review and test anything at this point, and we intend to devote
this time to the remaining bugs that were designated as release blockers.
