User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1 Hi, my printer worked fine on Firefox 3 and still works fine on IE, and AOL Explorer, however I use firefox most often and it does not work on Firefox 4. When I click printer preferences, I get this error popup screen: "ERROR: Prop Res DLL Not Loaded". By the way, this is an older Lexmark Z45 printer, which is directly connected to this computer, meanwhile an HP Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless printer does not get this error when I click properties. Thank you for the help, hope you can fix this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click file, 2.Click Print, 3.Lexmark Z45 is my default printer, and I just click Properties, and the error comes up. Actual Results: I get the message: ERROR: Prop Res DLL Not Loaded and I can't choose to double side pages, switch the speed/ink usage of printing, or whether to print in color or black and white, etc. I googled this problem, and there have been some others with the same problem after upgrading to Firefox 4. Thanks.
I also Googled the problem and found all kinds of articles with peope having this same issue with this printer and applications other than Firefox. I would suggest trying one of the 2 workarounds from this Microsoft Knowlege-base article. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918730
