I have found a consistant crasher. Not sure if it's the same way the reporter
produced the crash, but the stack crawl is identical.
1) Run Mozilla
2) Tasks Menu -> Composer
3) Run your mouse over the MenuBar in Composer, passing over the View menu
results in a crash. (Might take a few passes)
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW

Netscape's standard compliance QA team reorganised itself once again, so taking
remaining non-tables style bugs. Sorry about the spam. I tried to get this done
directly at the database level, but apparently that is "not easy because of the
shadow db", "plus it screws up the audit trail", so no can do...

Atilla: we need more details, especially on second or third tier platforms like
BeOS. What are the exact steps to reproduce the bug? Is it easily reproducible?
What build were you using?
Anyhow, it crashes in nsXBLService::LoadBindings so reassigning to hyatt.

I don't get why the segv occurred in nsXBLService::LoadBindings, but the
top of stack is nsCSSFrameConstructor::ConstructFrameInternal? How is one
supposed to read a Be stack dump?
