66112 - Trying to create Address book with empty name should show an alert

Even though this particular feature is not there on N4.61, it is good idea to 
have an alert if the user tries to create an address book with out giving it a 
name i.e giving a blank name .. Adding a list to the address book has this 
feature.

I have the same problem.
Mozilla 2001012020 on Windows 2000 SP1.

PS: the bug 64305 looks almost the same one as this one. Maybe marking this one
as dup? (Note the platform Sun Solaris for bug 64305)
