Seems like you should suppress the dumping of gTestLog when gVerbose is set, right? We don't need to see the same set of messages twice.

I don't think a human would care, and it might be useful for a script to be able to parse out only log snippets from failed tests. But I can suppress it if you'd prefer.
I think it might be confusing to people reading the log.
