662276 - Black screen flicker when virtual keyboard opens and closes

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Nightly app
2. Tap on Awesome Bar
3. Tap on Bookmarks Tab
4. Go to www.google.com
5. Tap on input field
6. Dismiss the vkb tapping anywhere outside vkb

Expected result:
When vkb is dismissed there shouldn't be any black screen flicker.

Actual result:
After steps 3 & 6, there will be a black screen flicker when vbk is dismissed.

I know for a fact that that painted area used to be painted white and it was tweaked to turn black so it wouldn't appear so ugly on the viewable page.  I don't know if there's work to improve, hasten or limit the amount of repaint after the keyboard dismisses to make it less noticable.
