Now that libjpeg-turbo 1.1.1 is out, we can scrap bug 650899 (cherry-pick a patch we'd like) and do a wholesale upgrade of libjpeg-turbo.

Apparently I did. Fixed. Please note that libjpeg-turbo 1.1.1 does not contain the new re-licensed Huffman decoder. The re-licensing is taking place in trunk, because it required a disruptive re-factoring of the affected code.
Ah, I see. Well then, I guess this gets wontfixed, and we go back to bug 650899.
