Mac OS X public beta build.  All builds that I've tried fail in
the same way.  The boot crashes as soon as you double click it --
i.e. at the splash screen.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Reproduce by installing and executing it.  This is basically a
fresh Mac OS X install, build 1H39.

Setting OS to Mac OS X and Severity to blocker; as this is the worst this 
that can ever happen to a program (crash at startup). But still not 
confirmed.

Public Beta expired. The 3/26 build starts up fine in Mac OS X retail. Verified.

This crash happens either:

a) when Mozilla is still in the Disk Image
b) when Mozilla is dragged to a UFS partition and started from there.

Recommended solution: drag the Mozilla folder to the 'Applications' folder on
your harddisk.

This bug is actually a duplicate of another bug.  This should be marked 
as a duplicate.  The bug is that Mozilla fails to start on UFS.  I'm curious 
why this bug was closed because of "lack of response from originator".  
I'm the originator, and I never received notification that this bug had been 
modified.  But it is a dup, so I'm reopening so that someone can close it 
as a dup.
